Eaten Alive - Extra Spicy Scotch Bonnet Sauce - With all the complexity of flavour from a slow fermentation, and even more fruity scotch bonnets. We’ve created the ultimate extra hot sauce, balancing fiery heat with a great taste.  Not for the faint-hearted, it is a big step-up in heat from our original Scotch Bonnet. Fire up any dish you fancy, from eggs to burgers; or mix with mayo for a kicking dip or spread. 


Ingredients: Fermented capsicums, raw cider vinegar, fermented Scotch bonnet chillies (25%), cane sugar, salt, onion, garlic.


Dr Trouble Lemon Chilli Sauce - the finest home grown chilli, a blend of African Birds Eye and the famous Cayenne Pepper. The team gather lemons from the communal lands of Zimbabwe, organic and naturally grown trees. The chilli, lemon juice and spices are poured into custom blown glass sun flagons. These flagons, are placed in the hot African sun for up to 60 days. Each flagon gently stirred twice a day, encouraging the flavours to meld into a smooth and aromatic flavour, versatile for all food types.

Neema African Scotch Bonnet Paste - This chilli paste is made from the founders family recipe. The Scotch Bonnet chilli has been slow cooked in olive and rapeseed oil for hours with onions, garlic and spring onions to give it its beautiful flavours. Scotch bonnet chilli has a sweet undertone so this paste taste fruity and fiery.  It’s a bit like tomato with a slight hint of apples and cherries. Blended with our spices, it has the perfect balance of heat and flavour.
