Fig and Mustard Sauce is an incredibly versatile addition to much of your everyday edibles We have used fresh figs, locally grown apples, wholegrain mustard and a special blend of spices to produce this saucy little number. Great with cured meats, pork chops or sausages, it will also transform your mashed potatoes with just a few spoonfuls. My top tip is... as your jar is coming to an end, convert the last little bit into a super fast salad dressing by simply adding some olive oil and 1 tsp of white wine vinegar, give it a good shake and you are there! You will not have wasted a scrap of of this delicious sauce!

  • I have always had an intriguing love of great flavours in my cooking.  As a child I was an enthusiastic assistant in the kitchen to my mother.  This led me to being brave and bold with flavours as I grew up, new and exciting things were continually added to my recipe repertoire. It really is no surprise that I am now involved in the food world. 

    I was inspired by my friend Lucy to start making my Tomato Chilli Jam in small batches of 10.  Their first incarnation was in half litre kilner jars and selling them through her fantastic travelling delicatessen. 

    My focus now, is to reach every specialist retailer in Britain and to continue supporting the Great British Food Revolution that I am exceptionally proud to be part of. 

    I have developed 4 additional flavours to add to the range, Red Onion Marmalade, Hot Chilli Jam,  Carrot and Coriander Relish, Fig and Mustard Sauce and most recently a very exciting egg free mayonnaise that is bang on course to meet the needs of the fast growing Vegan community.

Camilla expertly demonstrates restraint and flamboyance in equal quantities...a beautifully sweet onion marmalade and a hot chilli jam that caresses your tastebuds rather than overwhelming them. Our favourite, without any doubt, is the Carrot and Coriander terms of flavour and texture this is a knock-out winner.
