Easy Thai Red Curry Paste


A Medium spicy curry with lemongrass and basil. Can also be used to make a Panang curry and Choo Chee sauce. Just add meat, fish or vegetables of your choice and a can of coconut milk for the perfect red thai curry.

Easy Thai Red Curry Paste

  • INGREDIENTS: Water, sugar, fish sauce (anchovy extract, salt, sugar), dried red chilli (6%), garlic, lemon grass (4%), salt, rapeseed oil, shallot, galangal, lemon juice concentrate, shrimp paste (crustacean)(shrimp, salt), lime zest, thai basil (0,7%), kaffir lime peel, black pepper, dried kaffir lime leaf.


    Wheat Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Nut Free, Soya Free & Sulphite Free.
