A traditional oatcake with a unique twist, using Scottish Seaweed from the Western Isles. As you bite into these you are immediately hit with the distinctive flavour of the kelp seaweed, as the heat of the hot black pepper comes in it makes for a winning flavour combination. We would recommend pairing with a soft cheese.
