Picualia’s award-winning mill is eco-friendly and fully sustainable. And one of a kind in Spain. Olive stones heat not only the mill, but the homes of the local community, through biomass systems.
Today, more than 950 farmers are part of the Picualia family. The mill processes up to 30 million kilos of olives and produces around 5 million kilos of oil each year.
Each year a percentage of the sales from Picualia’s unique limited edition ‘First Day of Harvest’ go to support a local charity, working to preserve the ecology and culture of the region.
