A staple sauce in America, where it's their equivalent of brown sauce and available in every shop and restaurant.

Potts - Steak Sauce - 270g

  • Potts make the best Steak Sauce in the World and that's official (well official as far as I am concerned). At first I couldn't understand why it was such great value and then it hit me...the team at Potts clearly realised how addictive this sauce is and it's testiment to their integrity that they haven't exploited this ultimate position of power by demanding you sign your home over in exchange for a bottle (which wouldn't be a bad deal).

  • Potts Partnership is literally that – a partnership of Potts. Owen Potts utilises his 20 years' experience of development and manufacturing in the fine foods industry to create our products, while Michelle Potts deals with sales and customer service.

The Potts family involvement doesn't stop there, however. Owen and Michelle's children form an important focus group for Potts' products, and can be a new sauce's biggest fans (or harshest critics)!

Potts Partnership began in late 2007 in the kitchen of the family's Marlborough home, and its first sauces launched in spring 2008. Since then the company has moved to dedicated premises and been joined by Richard Myrtle, who ensures everything runs like clockwork, and Chris Oakey and Matthew Coxton, who cook up our lovely recipes.

So, while not everyone here is a Potts by name, we like to think of everyone as part of the Potts family. And it's a family we invite you to join – by enjoying the food we make, by stocking our products, or simply by passing on your comments about what we do.
