Raw Artisan Honey - Linden (Lyme Blossom) - 220g
Raw Linden Honey is a Mono-floral Honey.
Linden honey has a history of 1000s of years. The Linden or Lyme Blossom tree called in many civilisations as the tree of life. This honey is one of the best, a unique taste, fragrant and spiced. The colour is from yellow to light brown.
Good to know: Linden Honey can crystallise with time, but this is a natural process of the honey and it does not affect the quality. If you prefer runny honey just place the jars in warm water (max 40C) and it will return to its runny form. Never microwave Raw Honey!

Our aim at Raw Artisan Honey is to help the producers to keep on doing the great job they do. Getting a fair price for their hard work and provide a sustainable business for their families.
We never mix honey from different sources, we believe that honey is like wine, it has characteristics of type of plant it’s been collected from, and the hard work and care the beekeeper invested in it. Therefore, all our honey has a great traceability back to the producer.
If you buy our products you can be 100% sure that the honey you buy has never been pasteurised, heat treated, microfiltered or mixed with honey from different sources.
"Honey is always in demand and therefore we knew we had to find the best available. Raw Artisan Honey converted even those that had previously stated that they didn't like honey. It has such a clean flavour and the two infused honey's (ginger and cinnamon) are wonderful. If you like honey, then you will love Raw Artisan Honey. In fact if you don't like honey you will love Raw Artisan Honey." The team of Tamas and Andrea are the definition of an artisan producer and their range of honey from the Danube region of Hungary reflects that passion.
