The Chocolate Society produce a wonderful range of chocolate bars. White chocolate is no-longer the overly sweet ugly sister; the Chocolate Society have produced a balanced white chocolate and then lifted it further with the addition of coconut.
Perhaps the biggest revelations are the rosemary and sea salt dark chocolate heady scent of rosemary, or the blonde chocolate. Blonde chocolate is similar to a white chocolate, however in the production process the cocoa butter is caramelised to give a distinctive caramel, biscuit tone.
