I knew I couldn’t keep this to myself, so I decided to create my own range influenced by my Thai heritage and the big flavours from other cultures too, Mexico, India and beyond.

Often when I review a sauce I will highlight a particular feature...double oak smoked or fermented for example. With Woolf's Kitchen I found myself hunting for a standout feature, it took a number of attempts across a wide range of dishes and cuisines...and that's when I realised; the standout feature is simply their versatility. They are perfectly balanced and provide a delightful (and punchy) flavour lift to everything they touch, and trust me, that is not an easy job. Well done Dominique!
