Two Birds - Turmeric Chilli Seeds Breakfast Boost - 225g
Hello, we are co-founders, Alison & Tricia, two friends who care passionately about healthy eating. We wanted to make our breakfast more healthy, filling and delicious to power us through to lunch.
As we couldn’t find anything readily available, we created our own nutrient dense super seed breakfast boosts by mixing, measuring and blending our favourite seeds to create a combination that delivers as much protein as an egg, loads of omega 3, is gluten free, and high in fibre. We then added different combinations of beneficial ingredients to make them taste delicious as well.
