Wild Island was set up in 2011 by Nuala Grandcourt to create delicious dressings using the best ingredients available on the Isle of Wight. They use locally grown cold pressed rapeseed oil as the base for their dressings, infused oils and marinades.

Nuala infuses whole fruits in their vinegars and balsamic for several weeks to create an indulgent ingredient which is perfect to marinade fish and meat, deglaze roasting pans, drizzle over salads or simply for dipping with fresh bread.

Wild Island has won many awards and achieved Great Taste Awards on a number of products including Spiced Fig Balsamic, Blackberry Balsamic, Raspberry and Cherry Vinegars.
